Finland has just assumed the European Union's six-month rotating presidency, placing climate change at the top of its agenda. Finnish Prime Minister Antii Rinne says the EU should provide global leadership on the issue. He says it's important to take seriously the demands of Europe's young people. Climate activists have been targeting flying as a major environmental threat. And the Swedish 16 year-old Greta Thunberg has been spearheading Europe's anti-flying movement that encourages people to stop traveling by air to lower carbon emissions. But the EU has poor record on delivering on its promises, and the travel industry has a big lobby. Can Finland make an impact?
