On Friday, disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner wept openly in federal court after pleading guilty to sexting a 15-year-old girl. During his statements, Weiner said to the judge, "I have a sickness, but I do not have an excuse." According to court documents, the 52-year-old pleaded guilty to one charge of transferring obscene material to a minor. Under a plea agreement, prosecutors have asked that he serve 21 to 27 months behind bars and must also register as a sex offender. A source tells NBC News that right after the emotional court appearance Friday, Weiner's estranged wife, Huma Abedin, officially filed for divorce.
