On his way from the White House to a campaign rally in Ohio, President Donald Trump spoke to reporters on a wide range of topics. Earlier in the day, he announced that he will impose a 10-percent tariff on $300 billion-worth of products from China. “President Xi, who I like very much, said he wants to make a deal, but he’s not doing that fast enough,” Trump said. The president also addressed former special counsel Robert Mueller's testimony before Congress last week, saying, “I watched Mueller, I’m not sure Mueller knows what’s going on.”
