President Donald Trump confirmed that Rick Perry is leaving his post as the head of the Department of Energy toward the end of the year. Trump said he already has Perry's replacement but did not announce who it would be. Trump spoke to reporters while touring a Louis Vuitton facility in Keene, Texas.
