U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer testifies before the Senate Committee on Finance on June 18 regarding the U.S.-Canada-Mexico (USMCA) trade agreement. Congress must still ratify the deal, which would replace the North America Free Trade Agreement. Lighthizer's testimony also comes amid the ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China.
