Waffle House is under fire again after a new video has gone viral.
In the video, a young black man is choked and thrown to the ground by police.
Waffle House employees called police on 22-year-old Anthony Wall after an argument.
Wall was dressed in a tuxedo and had just taken his teen sister to prom in Warsaw, North Carolina.
When police arrived, things quickly spiraled out of control.
"I was trying to scream for air and trying to breathe because he was holding my throat and that's when I got aggressive with him because you are choking me." Wall
Backlash against Waffle House was swift.
Bernice King, daughter of Martin Luther King Jr and CEO of the nonprofit King Center, tweeted her thoughts, saying to stay out of Waffle House until they discuss and and give employee training on racism.
The company said it is working with local authorities and referring questions about the arrest to the local police department.
This is the third time in a month that Waffle House has gone viral for mistreating black customers.
