Two window washers were rescued on Wednesday after the large basket in which they were working from swung out of control at the top of a skyscraper in downtown Oklahoma City.

Early in the morning the basket became loose and started swinging, and was buffeted from side to side by strong winds. The basket was seen crashing into Devon Tower several times.

Firefighters reportedly arrived quickly and managed to secure the basket and get the two window washers out of it. It is not clear if the two workers sustained injuries during the ordeal.
