After securing victory over German boxer Tom Schwarz in Las Vegas, reigning British lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury challenged Deontay Wilder to a rematch, while speaking at a press conference in Las Vegas on Saturday.
"Deontay Wilder is coming. This fight is going to happen. It was three horses in the heavyweight division and then there were two. And I already beat him once so I'll beat him again and again and again,” promised Fury.
Fury defeated Schwarz by a knockout in the second round, securing a 28th victory and remaining undefeated in the heavyweight category. “I'm just a chubby guy who comes and has fun and is relaxed. I don't care about fighting, it's bred naturally [in] what I do. It's fun and games for me in there. I enjoy the ring war, I enjoy the buildup, I enjoy the whole week, and I enjoyed the fight,” Fury stated.
At the end of the presser, Fury stood up and sang Don McLean's 1971 hit single 'American Pie' just as he did after his draw against Wilder last December.
