The bi-partisan compromise was struck after days of negotiations between senators and administration officials. It's the largest economic aid measure ever passed in the U.S. The text of the bill is yet to be finalized, but it's expected to send direct payments to Americans and send money to help states and businesses hit by the epidemic.
