The UN Security Council is in Colombia to oversee the implementation of the 2016 peace agreement between the government and the rebel group FARC.

The Council will meet with President Ivan Duque, before visiting a demobilization camp.

The peace deal included land reforms and programmes to brings the former fighters back into civilian life.

Al Jazeera's Alessandro Rampietti reports from south-western Colombia.
