The Scottish national rugby team held their Captain's Run training session at Murrayfield in Edinburgh on Friday, ahead of their opening Six Nations clash against Italy the following day.

The Captain's Run is the final training session before a match and is traditionally led by the Scotland skipper, Greig Laidlaw, who currently plays in France for Clermont Auvergne.

Talking about the clash, Laidlaw said: "I think any time you play an Italian team they always play with passion and physicality. So we won't be expecting anything different tomorrow. They probably won't be talking about that too much. They will be worried about their performance."
