Raheem Sterling scored his first England hat-trick, converting debutant Jadon Sancho's cross in the first half and adding a brace in the second.
The other goals came from captain Harry Kane, who scored from the spot just before the break, while Czech defender Tomas Kalas turned the ball into his own net towards the end.
