Uganda is denying claims the country is battling a Haemorrhagic Fever outbreak in two of its central districts. The Health Ministry has confirmed one suspected case but has refuted accusations that it's trying to cover up an epidemic. Crimean-Congo Haemorragic Fever is a tick-bourne virus that damages organs and blood vessels, and causes massive internal bleeding. If not treated, it can be fatal, as CGTN's Michael Baleke explains
