Kazakh boy Ali Turganbekov and other kids from the UEFA Foundation got the change to train with some of the best footballers in the planet in Istanbul on Tuesday.
Footage shows 10-year-old Ali, who was born without legs, at the Vodafone Arena stadium playing keepy-uppy with Liverpool star Mohammad Salah, Chelsea’s N'Golo Kante and others, ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Super Cup between the two Premier League teams.
The footballers can then be seen giving autographps and posing with Ali and other children from the UEFA foundation.
Ali was born the second of four children in Kazakhstan. His parents believed the boy would become someone who would inspire people. In spite of his disability, the boy has never shied away from a challenge and now dreams to become a Paralympic champion. He has previously met with Argentina legend Diego Maradona and FC Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.
The UEFA Super Cup between European champions Liverpool and Europa League winners Chelsea is scheduled to take place on Wednesday at Istanbul's Vodafone Park.
