Danish inventor and submarine owner Peter Madsen denied murdering a journalist on his vessel.
Madsen is currently standing trial in Denmark for the torture and murder of Swedish journalist Kim Wall.
He also stands accused of dismembering her body and disposing it at sea.
But the submarine inventor claimed she died during a voyage due to a pressure problem.
However, the lead prosecutor detailed gruesome evidence that implicates Madsen murdered Wall.
Bits of Wall's blood was found inside Madsen's nostrils, and photographs of her arms showed marks that matched a strap on a ratchet buckle found on the submarine.
