Millions of people will vote in presidential elections in Indonesia this week. Officials say up to 38,000 military and police have been deployed in the capital Jakarta to ensure security. A string of attacks has happened in recent years leading to fears of possible election violence. The country's 192 million voters will cast their ballots Wednesday in a fiercely-contested race between incumbent Joko Widodo and former general Prabowo Subianto.
