Tesla CEO Elon Musk has announced the upcoming launch of Tesla’s long-awaited Model Y crossover. At this time very little is known about the vehicle which has been billed as a sport utility vehicle on the frame of a car. Musk did reveal that the Model Y will be slightly larger than its Model 3 predecessor. In a Tweet shared on Sunday, Musk wrote: "Model Y, being an SUV, is about 10% bigger than Model 3, so will cost about 10% more & have slightly less range for same battery". According to Geek.com, the new electric SUV will be unveiled along with pricing and specs in approximately 10 days.
