Footage filmed on Thursday shows what the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) described as Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL) militants and their family members leaving their last stronghold near Baghouz, Syria.
'A large number' of injured men, women and children were filmed being helped up a mountainside.
This follows heavy bombardments on Baghouz by coalition forces overnight.
The head of the SDF's press office in northern Syria, Mustafa Bali, said on Twitter that around 1,300 IS fighters and their families surrendered on Thursday.
The attack on IS's final stronghold has been periodically paused since it began on March 1, to allow thousands of civilians, many of them reportedly wives and children of IS fighters, to leave.
