Veljko Mijajlovic, Head of the Police trade union (Serbian): "The times when politicians, thieves and liars tried to turn the police and army against its own people, are long gone. Today, it is transfused in a strong coalition: the army, the people and the police in one place."

Novica Antic, Head of the army trade union (Serbian): "We will not let any gangs and criminals - instructed by individuals who, just because they are in power, think they are the strongest, - to attack or molest anyone in Serbia. We are the guarantor of security in Serbia and it will remain so."
