Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg is recovering from surgery that she had in December.
Two cancerous nodules were removed from her lungs.
CNN reports that on Friday the Supreme Court says that although her recovery is "on track," RBG will still have to miss oral arguments next week.
Court spokesperson, Kathleen Arberg, explained, "Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required."
Ginsburg has not sat on the bench since December, but CNN says that the liberal judge has been reading briefs at home.
The court is currently in the process of considering many controversial political issues.
This includes whether or not to phase out DACA and the ban that blocks most transgender people from being in the military.
