Researchers from the University of Regina have a theory on how to change your bad mood. Their findings show that spending just five minutes in nature help’s turn your mood around. The research had one group sit in a room and the other outdoors without electronic devices. According to Lifehacker, after a few minutes, both groups lowered their negative emotions. Yet those in nature actually were inspired with positive emotions to replace the negative ones.
