The Prime Minister's brother has made a surprising announcement today that he's quitting politics, because he's torn between family loyalty and the national interest.
After losing a series of crucial votes in the House of Commons over the last forty eight hours, Boris Johnson was in Wakefield this afternoon, where he again pledged to leave the European Union on 31st October.
He said he would rather "be dead in a ditch" than ask for another extension to Brexit. Members of Parliament will be asked to vote again on Monday on whether to hold an early general election.
Labour says it wants to rule out a no deal Brexit first.
