Uganda's Parliament has passed a resolution formally protesting the decision by the United Nations to drop Entebbe as the UN regional service Centre for Africa. The relocation plan has been endorsed by the UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, in a report to the UN's Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions. But the Ugandan Parliament says the move is unfair, asking the Kenyan Government to reject the proposal. CGTN's Michael Baleke has that report.
