The Ugandan Parliament is set to rule on the presidential age restrictions in the Constitution. Opposition MPs want the limits to remain in place. If the clause is removed, incumbent President Yoweri Museveni, who is 73, will be eligible to run in the next elections. On Monday, opposition members walked out of Parliament in protest. CGTN's Michael Baleke was there and has this report.
