If you want to get ahead at work, take a nap.
A whopping 93% of self-identified nappers said they were productive people.
On the flip side, 85% of non-nappers said the same thing.
And they said sleeping on the job was a bad thing!
Take it from a new survey of 2,000 people conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Mattress Nerd.
Three in four nappers said they were career-driven versus just 55% for non-nappers.
On top of that, 83% of people who take naps think they have a healthy work-life balance.
Not nearly as many non-nappers could say the same thing.
Napping was so important, over half of those surveyed would take a pay cut if they could take naps at work.
But time is money when there’s work to be done.
Except at the specific time of 1:31pm.
Folks taking part in the Mattress Nerd survey said that’s the best time for a nap, particularly in a room that’s 65 degrees.
