Moscow marks 78th anniversary of October Revolution

Thousands of Russian soldiers clad in World War Two era uniforms participated in a parade in Moscow's Red Square. Nazi forces approached Moscow in early October 1941 as the Red Army suffered a series of devastating defeats after the Nazi invasion of the Soviet Union on June 22, 1941. Soviet troops involved in that parade headed straight to the frontlines afterwards.
