Michael Cohen had contact with an American businessman tied to a prominent Russian oligarch. He reportedly exchanged more than 230 phone calls and nearly 1,000 text messages. According to Business Insider, Cohen was talking to Andrew Intrater, the CEO of Columbus Nova. Intrater donated $250,000 to Trump’s inaugural committee and paid Cohen about $500,000 in consulting fees. While the company distanced itself Intrater’s cousin, Russian energy tycoon Viktor Vekselberg, people are still suspicious.
