Michael Cohen Appears at Manhattan Court

President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer arrived at a Manhattan court for a showdown over documents seized as part of a federal investigation.

According to reports, Michael Cohen has asked the court to allow his attorney the first opportunity to review documents seized by the FBI, in order to determine which documents are protected by attorney-client privilege.

Cohen also wants the court to appoint an independent special master to determine which documents and electronic records can be viewed by prosecutors.

According to prosecutors, the raid by FBI agents was part of a months-long criminal investigation into Cohen's legal business.
