Dozens of people, mostly children, have been killed in an attack on a village in the Mopti region of central Mali.

Houses belonging to Dogon hunters were burned down and their animals were killed during Sunday's violence.

The UN has called the attack “an act of unspeakable barbarism”.

Al Jazeera's Nicolas Haque reports from Bamako, south of the Mopti region.
