Lori Loughlin's daughter Olivia Jade Giannulli "fully knew" her parents were involved in the college admissions scandal.
An inside source dished that news to US Weekly.
Business Insider and US Weekly report that Olivia Jade didn't think there was "anything wrong" with the scheme.
Loughlin and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, are accused of paying $500,000 to guarantee their daughters' admissions at USC.
They have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest-services mail fraud.
They also pled not guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering.
They face up to 40 years in prison for the charges.
