Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam holds a press conference on the COVID-19 outbreak. She's expected to give updates on Hong Kong residents aboard the Diamond Princess. There are about 330 Hong Kong residents on board. Charted flights will bring those people back to Hong Kong.

An additional 99 people on the Diamond Princess cruise ship have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, adding the total of onboard infections to 454, according to reports from Japan's NHK on Monday.
