*Sudan's military council and a coalition of opposition groups signed a political accord as part of a power-sharing deal. The two sides are still working on a constitutional declaration which is expected to be signed on Friday.

*South Sudanese health officials and UN humanitarian workers are in the town of Yei getting a first-hand look at Ebola preparedness operations. The visit is part of a major help prevent the spread of Ebola from neighboring DR Congo in to South Sudan.

*The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon are in the market for a new coach. Cameroon let go of Clarence Seedorf following the team's disappointing exit from AFCON 2019. Cameroon were the defending champions and were expected to make a deep run in this year's tournament.
