Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in Pakistan on Friday, February 14, when he presided over an agreement signing ceremony in Islamabad with Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Khan and Erdogan witnessed the signing of 13 Memoradums of Understanding (MoUs) by officials representing both countries.
The MoUs signed between the two countries concerned cooperation in the fields of tourism and culture, food security, postal services, railways, military training and trade.
An agreement was also signed for cooperation between the state-owned Turkish Radio and Television corporation (TRT) and PTV and Radio Pakistan.
Erdogan and Khan also signed two other documents - the declaration of strategic economic framework and the joint declaration.(AP)
