Key NATO Base in Europe Threatened by Sheep

A U.S.-built military base in southern Romania is dealing with an unexpected enemy. Officials say a flock of sheep grazing near the fence of Deveselu NATO base disturbs its alarm system and undermines its security. VOA's Zlatica Hoke reports Romania's defense ministry is having difficulty persuading a local farmer to remove the sheep.
