Drone footage captured flooded Nagano on Monday, as the Chikuma River burst its banks following deadly Typhoon Hagibis that made landfall on Japan's Honshu island on October 12.

Residential areas as well as railways with trains on them were seen flooded with muddy water, with helicopters flying above the area.

Tens of thousands rescue workers were reportedly dispatched to help clear up the damage caused by Typhoon Hagibis that reportedly killed at least 35 people, with some 14,000 homes left without running water and 376,000 without power.
