Iran's foreign minister called the country's shooting down of a passenger jet last week a "disaster." Mohammad Javad Zarif was speaking at a global security conference in the Indian capital, New Delhi. However, he said Tehran wasn't squarely to blame for the crash which claimed 176 lives. He said Washington's senseless actions had also played a part.
