The vice chairman of Hong Kong's police watchdog has denied foreign experts have quit. Media reports say the five foreign experts from Australia, Britain, Canada and New Zealand said they had quit the Independent Police Complaints Council or IPCC due to their doubts in the organization's probe of the police. The IPCC issued a statement on the panel's work.
