An inquiry was launched into the deaths of at least 60 children in a week at a hospital in northern India.

It's suspected the deaths were caused by oxygen supplies being cut off.

Twenty-three infant deaths were recorded on Thursday alone. Hospital officials say they could've been from 'natural causes'.

Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh state.
