Police charged at protesters on the streets of Hong Kong during the latest round of demonstrations against the territory's suspended extradition bill on Sunday.

Footage shows riot police charging at protesters underneath a fly-over with batons and riot shields.

Authorities had established a pre-defined route for Sunday's protest-march.

The extradition bill has been suspended indefinitely, but protesters are now demanding its full withdrawal and the resignation of Hong Kong's Chief Executive Carrie Lam. The legislation would allow Hong Kong citizens to be extradited to mainland China to face trial.
