The Heat: Brexit vote postponed Pt1

The British Parliament attempted to postpone voting on a Brexit deal until the rest of legislation has passed. The move forced Prime Minister Boris Johnson to ask the European Union for another extension to the Oct. 31 deadline. Which he did, in a letter he did not sign. Johnson also sent another letter to the leaders of the EU, this time signed, making clear he was against any delay. The government tried to put the Brexit deal to a vote in the Parliament but had no success. CGTN’s Richard Bestic reports.
