Hundreds observed the Easter March tradition in Berlin on Saturday as they took to the streets of German capital to protest war and demand peace around the world.

The Kurdish campaign for the liberation of Afrin and the Catalan movement demanding the release of political prisoners were among the marching crowds.

Banners and chants protested NATO policies, demanded ceasefire in Yemen and Syria, and criticised US President Donald Trump and other world leaders.
