Hundreds of Kurds marched through Paris on Saturday, to commemorate the sixth anniversary of the assassination of Kurdish activists Sakine Cansiz, Fidan Dogan and Leyla Soylemez.

The protesters exhibited numerous Kurdish militant flags, placards demanding justice and banners depicting Cansiz, Dogan, Soylemez and the imprisoned PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Cansiz, Dogan and Soylemez were found dead in central Paris in 2013, with lethal head and neck injuries from a firearm, reports say. To date, no convictions were made for the killings.
