Business Insider reports that former Facebook employees are coming forward with reports of feeling pressured to behave a certain way while working for Mark Zuckerberg. Some employees have described the internal culture at Facebook as "cult-like." The former employees point to the social media giant's bi-annual peer review system as being part of the problem. The peer review system mandates that each employee is given feedback by five of their colleagues. Former employees said the system made them feel the need to participate in after-hours social events, daily lunch dates, and remain positive in order to remain in good standing with colleagues and receive a favorable performance review.
