Opposition candidate Felix Tshisekedi has been declared the winner of the disputed presidential election in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Thousands of supporters have camped outside the headquarters of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress party to celebrate. However, another opposition candidate Martin Fayulu has warned the electoral commission against declaring results that do not reflect the people's will. The final results are scheduled to be announced after the court disposes of appeals.
