Erdogan rules out negotiations with Kurdish fighters

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has ruled out any negotiations with Kurdish forces in Syria. Earlier, the Kremlin said Erdogan had accepted an invitation from President Putin to visit Moscow in the coming days. In a phone call, the two leaders also discussed the ongoing Turkish offensive in northern Syria. Ankara has been under pressure from the international community to stop the military operation. Meanwhile, Syrian government forces are reportedly advancing towards the once Kurdish-held town of Manbij.
