We'll have to wait a bit longer to learn the trial date for former Theranos boss Elizabeth Holmes.
Holmes returned to court for the first time on Monday since an HBO documentary about her aired, Newser reports.
The 35-year-old, appeared alongside former Theranos president Ramesh "Sunny" Balwani, who is likewise facing charges of wire fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud.
Balwani's lawyer argued more time was needed to review some 20 million pages of documents in the case.
Judge Edward Davila to delay setting a date until after a July 1 hearing, per the San Francisco Chronicle.
The trial is expected to take about two months.
