Former mistress of accused Mexican drug lord Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman spoke to jurors during his U.S. trial. Lucero Sanchez Lopez said she was “traumatized” after Guzman escaped one of his safe houses in 2014. According to Reuters, she said she feared her safety during her relationship with Guzman.
