Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu 'does not believe in peace', while delivering a speech at a meeting of Arab Foreign Ministers and officials in Cairo on Sunday. "We know - through his positions, his statements and his assurances - that he does not believe in peace between us and him," Abbas said. He also accused Israel of violating every agreement struck with Palestine through the United Nations and the Security Council. "Israel hasn't implemented a single international resolution from 1947 until now," he said.
