Officials from Egypt, Ethiopia and Sudan are meeting in Washington D.C. to try to resolve their disagreements over the 6 GW hydroelectric dam that Ethiopia is building across the Blue Nile. The 3 nations aim to strike a deal on the filling and operation of the dam by the 15th of January. Kate Fisher has this report from Washington.
