He says he’s out in 20 minutes.

If the idea of vinegar sounds disgusting, grab some milk instead.

Business Insider says many successful people like President Barack Obama and Bill Gates read for at least a half hour before bed.

They pack a gym bag or lay out what they’re going to wear if they’re working out at home.

This helps set you up for a productive day without any excuses.

They make to-do lists instead of letting incomplete tasks fill their dreams at night.

Even if you’re on top of your game at work, write down three things you want to accomplish the next day.
